Eligible Dump Truck Risks:
- Haulers of Sand, Gravel, & Dirt
- Truck-Tractors and Single Unit Dump Trucks accepted
- 200-mile radius max
- 1-10 power units max
- Truck age 1-20 years old
- Drivers with 1+ years CDL and 1+ years dump truck experience
- New ventures accepted with drivers that have 2+ years CDL and 2+ years dump truck experience
Dump Truck Coverages:
- Auto Liability up to $1M CSL
- Physical Damage
- Cargo
- General Liability
Ineligible/Prohibited Risks:
- Trucks older than 20 years
- Radius over 200 miles
- Double or triple Trailers
- Mix in Transit Cement Trucks
- Frac Water, Liquid Asphalt
Submission Requirements:
Completed Dump Truck Application
ALL driver MVRs currently valued within last 35 days (no exceptions)
5 years currently valued Loss Runs within last 45 days
Mileage records for last 12 months
Targeted Trucking Class States:
AL, AR, CA, GA, IL, IN, KY, MS, NC, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA
Targeted Trucking Classes Only:
- Auto Haulers (excluding hotshots)
- Building materials and equipment (excluding OS/OW)
- Intermodal with local/intermediate radius
- All other classes are ineligible
Eligibility Requirements:
- 1-20 power units max
- Truck age 1-20 years old
- Drivers with 2+ years CDL and 2+ years trucking experience
- New ventures accepted
Trucking Coverages:
- Auto Liability up to $1M CSL
- Hired Auto
- Non-Owned Auto
- UIIA Endorsement
- Physical Damage
- Cargo
- General Liability

Copy of the last 4 quarterly IFTA statements, if not all 4 then at least the most recent statement unless new venture
